This class is designed to train workers in the church. In this class, you are shown the vision of the commission as delivered to God’s servant (the Arch-bishop). We acquaint you with the core values of the commission and our mandate. The reason being that, leaders are those that know the way, go the way and then show the way (John Maxwell).
You cannot lead the train until you are trained.

Every member of the class is made to read several books of the Arch-bishop, so as to drink into the grace of the commission. After a successful session in this class, those that qualify are ordained to hold offices in the church. The duration of the class is determined by the commitment of the members.
